This extra virgin olive oil has an intense fruity flavor with a moderate peppery kick, fresh herbal notes, and just a hing of bitterness. It has a high polyphenol level and high oleocanthal concentration. One of the most well-known benefits of oleocanthal is it's anti-inflammatory properties which can help with degenerative diseases of the joints and nervous system, as well as certain cancers.

SUGGESTIONS
This oil is a great, straight forward extra virgin olive oil perfect for drizzling over raw or roasted vegetables as well as for cooking with that great, green olive oil flavor. Also wonderful for dipping alone or paired with one of our rich balsamics.
