Meyer lemons are a cross between oranges and lemons, creating a sweet flavor with less of a bite than regular lemons. So you get all of the sweetness and tang without the bitter end.
SUGGESTIONS
Drizzle on fish fillets before you bake or broil. Excellent on vegetables, pasta, and chicken - think Shrimp Scampi or Lemon Chicken. A must-have in every pantry and pairs very well with a wide variety of balsamic vinegars for the most delicious salad dressings and marinades! Also great mixed with our Butter Infused EVOO as a healthy alternative to traditional lemon butter. Pairing suggestions include our many fruit & berry balsamics.
