Wagyu Ribeye Steaks & Veggies

Wagyu ribeye steaks smoked for two hours at 200° coated with 25 Star Aged Balsamic
Remove steaks from smoker turn temperature up to 450° and prepare your side dish/vegetables.
Portabella mushrooms, squash, and zucchini, lightly smoked and then sautéed in coconut amino‘s (or can substitute with soy sauce)
Steaks cooked to medium at 450°
Does not take long at all…
Plate and serve…
