Basil leaves & lemongrass are crushed with the olives to release a sweet herbal-citrus flavor.

SUGGESTIONS
Ideal for dressings and marinades. Excellent with all types of fish and shellfish. Toss with pasta for a quick meal, drizzle over roasted potatoes, or assorted vegetables. Also adds a nice Thai-Fusion flavor to many dishes. Pairs well with Fresh Dill White Balsamic and Lemon White Balsamic.
